MISSION AND PURPOSE

The Mission of Entrusted Healthcare Services is to provide total services to Children, adolescents and adults for a healthy Nation. In pursuit of this, EHCS, Envision an environment where the care and support of children and their families extend beyond the home and into the community. Our programs address the family from a strength perspective, which enables EHCS to include the family’s ethnic, cultural, and religious or spiritual beliefs. Our mission is to improve the mental health of communities by integrating the strengths of the faith community and the resources of the mental health system. Our primary activities are designed to promote a greater awareness of mental health issues in the our community, to raise awareness of the significance of spirituality and faith in the delivery of mental health services, and to provide treatment services that meet the needs of individuals seeking wholeness of mind, spirit, and body for their activities of daily living. Entrusted Healthcare Services insists that the family members take an active role in planning and implementing the intervention by empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve realistic long term solutions. Given the opportunity and treated with compassion and respect, many people are able to rediscover their strengths, take control over their situation and become productive members of the community.
